Alex and Ani, the jewelry company that made it without fashion's help, has let go of its CEO, Giovanni Feroce. He's succeeded by Carolyn Rafaelian, the founder and creative director. Feroce recently told Racked in an interview, "I will readily admit my ignorance on the fashion industry, but that is an asset." Read more here. [Providence Journal]
