Under the watchful eye of creative director Jenna Lyons, J.Crew has developed and perfected a beauty look centered on glowy skin, bright lips and undone yet polished hair. Yesterday, the brand revealed the secret behind this dewy, fresh look: RMS' organic products.

"To create our signature dewy look, we dab the Living Luminizer along the cheekbone, brow line and bow of the lips," said J.Crew women's stylist, Gayle Spannaus, to Well + Good. "It's amazing—the models look like they are lit from within."

The company likes the products so much that its stocking three RMS beauty pots on its website for order—the Lip2Cheek in Demure, the Living Luminizer, and Lip Shine in Bloom. Said Rose-Marie Swift, RMS' founder, "In the past, we've had customers call us and say that J.Crew's customer service department told them the models got their glow from the RMS Beauty Living Luminizer. We were so surprised and grateful to say the least."
