Dutch designer Iris van Herpen is known for dressing Lady Gaga in her meat dress days, so take this with a grain of salt: Her set design for her Paris show involved models walking around other models who were vacuum-sealed in giant bags. The installation models looked like chicken cutlets or embryos or future alien people things. Not to worry, the models stuck with the job were given oxygen tubes. Fashion!
