Opening Ceremony, the high-concept retailer beloved in LA, London, Tokyo and NYC and run by Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, announced its first outside investment ever today. With the cash infusion (from private equity firm Berkshire Partners) they plan to "enhance...its e-commerce capabilities, as well as further expand its retail presence with Opening Ceremony mono-brand and multibrand stores."
