Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America have selected the next round of designers for their CFDA Incubator Program. The ten brands—a well-rounded mix spanning womenswear, menswear, shoes, accessories, and jewelry— get two years of studio time and industry mentors to grow their business. The 2014—2016 roster includes 2013 Racked Young Guns finalists Katie Ermillo and Kaelen, semi-finalists Apiece Apart and Nomia, plus A Peace Treaty, Dezpo, Isa Tapia, Kara, Lucio Castro, Nonoo, and Orley. Click over to The Man Repeller for a quick Q&A with each.
