The varsity jacket trend has been going strong for a minute now, and it shows no signs of waning. But the leather versions can be pricey. So when San Francisco-based American Giant (makers of the greatest sweatshirt ever made) released their heavyweight cotton fleece version, I was wowed by the price tag ($99) as well as the statement-making style. I hope the hubby's paying attention, because this is top on my birthday want list.
