According to an anonymous WWD source, Seventeen has tapped Miley Cyrus for their next cover despite total lack of consent from the singer or her camp. That would make two Hearst titles featuring Cyrus as Elle has just released there "Women In Music Issue." But to quote Joanna Coles, "She's the Tesla of magazine covers.
