The Hex bag by Rebecca Minkoff, $298 (was $995)
Sorry savings account: Rebecca Minkoff launched a sample sale online for shoes, accessories and, of course, handbags, and it's in prime position to do serious damage. One of the best deals in terms of cash-money saved is The Hex bag shown above, a geometric confection made of calf leather with stingray and python detailing. It's about $700 off the retail price.

Other notable buys are the under-$100 set, which includes the Craig camera bag for $98 instead of $195 and the mini-M.A.C. bag in a trippy flower print for $75 instead of $145, and the perfect-for-summer Alaina bags for $178 (were $595). The sale ends Tuesday, May 13 at midnight EST and prices are as marked. May the handbag gods be with you.
