According to information disclosed by Target, former CEO Gregg Steinhafel's "Involuntary Termination" package amounts to $15.9 million in severance pay and other benefits. Before his termination, Steinhafel raked in, "more than $12.9 million in compensation in Target's most recently completed fiscal year, down from $20.6 million the previous year." [TCB Mag]
