If Steve Jobs was alive today, would he be in jail? The New York Times ponders this question, noting the many times that Jobs pushed boundaries and took risks that could have been classified as criminal. "He was a walking antitrust violation," said an expert in antitrust law. "You see this kind of behavior sometimes in small, private or family-run companies, but almost never in large public companies like Apple." [NYT]
