Steve Madden is in trouble with Balenciaga again. The luxury fashion house claims that Steve Madden has created and profited off of a "studied copy" of Balenciaga's Motorcycle bag. Now, the Kering-owned company is calling on the New York federal court to halt the production of Steve Madden's bag and force the company to compensate Balenciaga for monetary damages.
