The apogee of ugly shoes, those Vibram Five Finger running shoes, have landed Vibram USA in a legal mess. The company has settled a class action lawsuit that alleged that marketing for the shoes claimed health benefits that Vibram had no evidence to back up, and soon customers could receive a refund for their purchase.
