Kate Middleton is reportedly giving a raw diet, in which she only eats foods not cooked above 104 degrees F, a try. But why? Her figure is as slender as it will ever need to be. Her hair can not be improved. We don't know much about her energy level, but she manages to look peppy as a princess at her many, many royal engagements. Apparently the Duchess is attempting to improve her skin. According to an anonymous source at the Daily Mail, "Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin."
In order to radiate, she has adopted the raw food diet for at least one day a week (the thinking behind eating raw is that no vitamins or minerals are cooked out of the food). Her snacks of choice are ceviche, watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh and almond milk. And now you have your weekend brunch menu. You're welcome.
