Menswear week has quietly been taking place over in Paris, and today, designer Rick Owens unveiled his avant-garde spring/summer 2015 collection. The designer reveals that the look was inspired by a "masturbating faun." As Owens explained to Dazed Digital, "I was thinking about the ballet Afternoon of a Faun, choreographed by Nijinsky. It basically all culminates with this faun masturbating on a nymph's scarf, so everybody in the audience, with all their jewels, are just waiting for this guy to hump the scarf. I love that!"

A few of the models, clomping down the runway in oversize smocks and futuristic moon boots, were painted head to toe in chalky shades of white, mauve and faded green. As far as we know, no one humped anything. It's cool, but it's certainly no match for that stepping showcase. See the full collection here.
