By day Esther Hongi is a Social Media Manager for the startup .UNO. But her side hustle is orchestrating a far-reaching social experiment called Before & After. As Honig explains, she found both expert and amateur designers alike from over 25 different countries through freelancing platforms, like Fiverr, and paid them between five and $30 to fulfill the assignment "make me beautiful."
