Just 48 hours after the announcement that eBay was killing Svpply, the former CEO of the shopping site rolled out a Kickstarter to fund "the new Svpply," an anti-corporate startup named Very Goods. The campaign allots a month for the Very Goods team to raise $50,000. Within the few hours that it has been live, the campaign has garnered 315 backers pledging $16,004. At this rate, they'll reach their goal by tomorrow. [Kickstarter]
