Big hips? No problem. Today in Paris' Musée Rodin, Dior sent out a beautiful assortment of couture gowns for A/W 2014 in shades of white, cream and ice blue, all boasting nipped-in waists and exaggerated, Marie Antoinette-esque bustles.
Designer Raf Simons also presented separates and less formal dresses, but these swirly, bejeweled, oversize confections were the star of the show. Because no expense must be spared at Paris Couture, the walls of the space were covered in white orchids. Kanye West, flower-wall-lover, would certainly have approved.
The celeb quotient of the show was high, featuring celeb couple Sean Penn and Charlize Theron as well as the recently-betrothed Olivia Palermo, a really tan Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Watson.
