Jessica Simpson's legs, a pair of limbs that have made a splash on Instagram and in airports, are crafted by Teri Ann Krefting, Simpson's trainer. Krefting told People that, "We alternate exercises every third day. So we'll do squats and lunges one day for [quads], deadlifts or glute raises to tighten the butt the next day, and then plie squats, which are good for inner thighs." Here's a minute preview of that routine.
She also supplements that with an hour on the treadmill walking "on an incline, which helps her calves" and genetics. Happy squatting, all.
