Miley Cyrus has been banned from performing in the Dominican Republic. The country finds her dance moves, a.k.a twerking, to be morally offensive. The predominately Catholic country worries that Miley "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law." Basically, don't try to do anything funny with a foam finger in the Dominican Republic.
But this is not the first time Miley has been banned from a country. Back in 2009, China banned 16-year-old Miley after she posed in an offensive photo that mocked Asians. Miley has since apologized.
