In just 24 hours, Apple received a record four million pre-orders for the iPhone 6. That's the most pre-orders ever received for an iPhone, Fortune reports. And not all of those pre-order customers will get their iPhone 6s on the release date on September 19. Apple announced that many iPhone pre-orders are scheduled to be delivered in October. Besides the pre-orders, an additional supply of iPhone 6s will be available to walk-in customers this Friday, September 19 at 8am local time at Apple stores.
