Kendall Jenner's Perfect Response to Backstage Bullying Rumors

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

In Touch is circulating a rumor supported by an anonymous source that reality-show-victim-turned-model Kendall Jenner experienced bullying backstage at New York Fashion Week. The main allegation is that "some [of the models] put out their cigarettes in Kendall's drink! They thought she was getting special treatment and just weren't OK with it."

But this morning Jenner posted a backstage pic captioned with fabled Mean Girls quote, "You can't sit with us." It neither corroborates nor discounts the rumor. It doesn't even really comment on it. That level of trolling is basically art. Troll on Kendall Jenner. Troll on.
