Hopefully some good karma is coming Lululemon's way after this example of excellent customer service. Business Insider reports that a customer named Angelo Lagdameo tweeted Lululemon that they had accidentally sent him 19 hats instead of the single hat he ordered. He offered to send 18 back, but then Lululemon tweeted, "On second thought - if you haven't already sent them back, keep them. Pay it forward and give them to friends!"
Lagdameo told that Business Insider that he gave the hats to his friends. "This personal touchpoint is the emotional note I need to be a lifelong customer," he said.
