Lena Dunham and Girls producer Jenni Konner found another use for nipple pasties outside of a side boob dresses and Miley Cyrus performances. The adhesive nipples made Lena's actual nipples completely kosher for Instagram. It also doubles as a thirst trap. Later in the night, the sticky circles crawled up and found home on Lena's cheeks, apparently letting her nipples breathe beneath that Zac Posen dress.
