Manicurist Deborah Lippmann has released her spring collection, a quartet of pretty nude hues dubbed the Whisper Collection. The colors originally appeared during the September NYFW shows on runways including Badgley Mischka, Theory, and Donna Karan. To enhance the sheer shades, she's also debuted a CC base coat, which essentially acts like a primer for nails underneath polish, or as a matte effect with two layers used as topcoat.
