Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Target is shaking up its plus-size department with Ava & Viv, a brand-new, in-house plus line that will debut in stores in mid-February. Ava & Viv is designed to be more fashion-forward than Target's past plus-size offerings, focusing on prints, bright colors, and statement pieces. The line will be updated monthly and prices will range from $10 to $79.99.

To promote Ava & Viv, Target tapped fashion bloggers Nicolette Mason, Gabi Greg and Chastity Garner to star in the lookbook. That's the same Chastity Garner who boycotted Target back in 2014 after the retailer didn't offer its Altuzarra for Target collection in plus-size. Guess she's over it now that Target is offering its Lilly Pulitzer collaboration in plus-sizes (albeit only online). The Ava & Viv lookbook will be released on January 22.
