Like other daring celebs, Rose McGowan takes the opportunity to test wild looks at lesser Hollywood events during awards season. The unserious Daily Front Row First Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards red carpet seemed like the appropriate time for an IRL throwback Thursday, as the Charmed star wore 1930s Vulcan hat, kicking off her "awesome hat week." Similar styles might provide a lot of fodder for Kathy Griffin on The Fashion Police, but here's a slow clap for Rose forgetting to take herself so seriously as an actor.
