Nick Jonas attended and performed at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, serenading former winner and girlfriend, Olivia Culpo. In what is either a cruel prank or heat-of-the-moment decision, Jonas gets down on one knee, stares into Culpo's eyes, and DOESN'T PROPOSE. Culpo, of course, placed her delicate, engagement ringless hand on her chest in "surprise."

Jonas explained to The Sun, "I went down and sang to her and I go on a knee and approached her. Her face was in full panic, she thought I was going to propose on national TV in front of one billion people." Sure, panic.
