PSA: The home goods section of your local Target is a treasure trove of great apartment finds. Skip the Room Essentials line (unless you're doing some dorm decorating) and bee-line it straight to the Nate Berkus collection. The Oprah fave has everything from kitchenware to furniture to random odds-and-ends that look a lot more expensive than they really are.
