Forbes's roundup of 30 under 30 in retail and e-commerce reads like a who's who in retail startups of 2014. Emily Weiss of Glossier nabbed the top spot on the list but she's in good company: Alan Tisch of Spring, Louisa Burch of Trademark, Claire Distenfeld of Fivestory, Aubrie Pagano of Bow & Drape, and Gary Bravard of Adore Me all made the cut as well. Some cool, if not a little predictable, stats about each of the winners included the most popular alma mater (Harvard) and the most popular word that defined their roads to success: persistence. The judging panel for the list was made up of Tommy Hilfiger, Sara Blakely of Spanx, and Neil Blumenthal of Warby Parker.
