Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Kirsten Dunst dangled her diet of various breads and cheeses before Hollywood's most juice-fueled actors while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Dunst revealed that just by eating and acting like a normal human, she was able to better inhabit her role on Fargo, where she plays a married beautician named Peggy Blomquist in 1976.

When asked whether packing on the pounds was a total "nightmare," Dunst described a heavenly day in life of prepping for the FX show, which might also resemble your winter to-do list. She said:

Listen, I was in Calgary. It was cold. And so I ordered in a lot of pizza, lot of Thai...grilled cheese. I just had different cheeses and breads together. And now I'm like "Yeah, I gained weight for this role" but really I just sat in my bed, watched Friday Night Lights, and like...ate.

Netflix and cheese is the new old Netflix and chill.
