Eccentric Bags to Spice Up Any Fall Wardrobe

Fashion isn't always serious. Thanks to a few boundary-pushing designers, bags are becoming less dull and more like the statement pieces your outfit desperately needs this fall. London-based fashion designer Mary Katrantzou created one of the season's most sought-after clutches made out of soft pink foam — the kind most often associated with packaging materials. Never the one to pass up a quirky accessory, Jeremy Scott also embraced the trend, outfitting his models with Looney Tunes-inspired handbags.

Clutches and wallets can be an easy way to have fun with the trend. If you want to take it a step further, try a pineapple cross-body bag from Topshop, or a Lulu Guinness glitter pouch. Check out 16 of the season's most playful bags in our gallery above.
