Last night, stars were out until late promoting tequila getting their "Monster Mash" on with other stars at Casamigas Tequila's annual Halloween party in Beverly Hills. Salma Hayek was one of the attendees, but embodying the sheer perfection that she is, she did not feel the need or desire to wear a costume. Instead, she opted for a simple burgundy dress that she obviously looked amazing in and trumped everyone else's costumes.

Other lowly attendees who needed to wear costumes included the likes of Gwen Stefani, Suki Waterhouse, David Spade, Julianne Hough, and Channing Tatum.

Stefani has long abandoned the questionable Harajuku Girl-inspired look she used to sport ten years ago. Her temporary and supposedly spooky getup was a "Southern Cowgirl with a RaRa dress who got shot in the head," or at least that's the best way to describe it.

Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan decided to go all cutesy matchy-matchy, with Tatum as the Cat in the Hat, and Dewan as sexy Cat in the Hat. The gendered distinctions are extremely important.
