Halloween and Hollywood: It can either be a full-on freak show (ahem, Heidi Klum) or freakishly amazing. Take for example this awww too much moment actress Viola Davis shared of her daughter dressed up as (wait for it)...her mom! The inspiring caption read, "So...the Elsa costume? Didn't work for her. The Pirate? A no go. So she finally said, 'I just want to be YOU mommy!' So...uhhh...this is ME."

When it comes to absolutely slaying the family costume game this Halloween, the award goes to Neil Patrick Harris and mini-squad. Not only did they go as the cast of the most highly-anticipated holiday film of the year, but they staged a family photo shoot for the purposes of Instagram and memories.
