That famous princess-slash-Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton went on a visit to a primary school — most comparable to an elementary school in the states but not quite the same — in Caernarfon, Wales this morning. (And no, there's no guide on how to pronounce that. Leave it up to your imagination.)
As much as kids are cute, they are also a little stressful at times. Poor Catherine just wanted to enjoy her Friday morning like any other mom living in the freezing cold and humid country of Wales. However, hundreds of infants had a different idea. They were forced behind metal fences, separating them from the future Queen of England as she smiled and talked to them about the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
One kid gave her some flowers and she handed them to someone else to reserve for her compost pile. Also, while a girl was talking to Middleton, Kate pulled a face that seemed like a feigned feeling of elation, but it was probably just a big old scream. Hey, people have different methods of mindfulness!
