Lauren Conrad's Beverly Hills penthouse is on the market, and it has everything that you'd dream of in a Conrad-built living space. According to Curbed, Conrad bought the penthouse in 2012 and then completely redecorated the space in a wall-to-wall overhaul that included new, custom cabinet sets in the kitchen, alterations to the spiral staircase that winds through the middle of the home, and the addition of a 20-foot reclaimed brick wall to the living room.
The home has been listed for $3.2 million, which is significantly up from the $1.35 million that Conrad bought it for in 2012. (Apparently, those cries of basic that Conrad endured last year when InStyle did a home tour hasn't done anything to the resale value.) The space also boasts a huge outdoor patio on the roof, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a laundry room completely covered in pink, flowery wallpaper, and of course, a ginormous walk-in closet.
