Ever the rampant capitalist, "momager" extraordinaire Kris Jenner is being sued. The lawsuit was taken out by Just Games Interactive Entertainment LLC against Jenner and Glue Mobile Inc; the company behind Kim Kardashian's wildly successful multimillion dollar generating game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood.
According to Just Games, they originally came up with an idea for a similar game with numerous and excessive in-app purchases, and of course Kim Kardashian is the main selling point. Whether they approached Kardashian with this concept is a different question, but the suit claims that both Glu Mobile and Kris Jenner stole their idea for the game, leaving Just Games, well, poor. Forbes states that Kardashian made at least an estimated $85 million off the game last year.
With OJ Simpson "Dream Team" alumni, Robert Shapiro in tow, it's unlikely that Just Games will go far with their lawsuit. According to Page Six, Glu Mobile has completely denied Just Games' allegations, calling them "frivolous," and stating that the game was a completely original idea created independently of Just Games.
