There aren’t many celebrities who would appreciate a replica of themselves in the form of an old school cereal treat as much as Chrissy Teigen. Though the model and Lip Sync Battle co-host celebrated her 30th birthday on November 30th, she recently received a unique present from Sports Illustrated: Rice Krispies treats made in the likeness of one of her photos. Teigen shared a photo of herself with a mouthful of the delicious gift on Instagram. The caption read, "What!! Rice Chrissy Treats!!"
Teigen first appeared in Sports Illustrated’s 2010 swimsuit issue and has been featured in every year since. In 2014, she appeared on the cover with Lily Aldridge and Nina Agdal to celebrate the magazine’s 50th anniversary. The present is literally an edible version of a photo from her spread in the 2014 issue. The self-proclaimed foodie must have been so stoked, especially since her love for the sweet snack goes way back, as evidenced by this tweet from last year.
I used to put a hunk of butter, marshmallows and rice krispies in the microwave and eat it with a spoon like a fat possessed animal

The mom-to-be is releasing her first cookbook, titled Cravings: Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat, on February 23rd, 2016. While the book undoubtedly will be filled with gourmet dishes and healthy recipes, it's refreshing to know this woman is never too good for Doritos dust or kitschy Rice Krispies Treats. When this comes out, Teigen's fans will surely pull a Julie & Julia and attempt to make every single recipe themselves.
