Nordstrom is betting heavily on its off-price Rack stores to drive revenue and growth in the upcoming years. According to a recent earnings call covered here, Nordstrom plans to operate 300 Nordstrom Rack stores by 2020 and it's already planning for 27 new locations in 2015, some of which will be opening by the end of March.
