If you follow only Disney stars and magazines geared toward the under-16 set, it would seem that Teens These Days aren't subjected to that stage where acne, too much eyeshadow, and braces totally rule the face. But former editor of Vogue Paris and current editor of CR Fashion BookCarine Roitfeld, might have just turned the notion of teenage "awkward phase" on its head. She putt braces-clad teen Kitty Hayes on the cover of Issue 6 of her magazine, which has previously featured Beyoncé and Kate Upton, among others. Orthodontics, so hot right now.
