Victoria's Secret is the indisputable king (or, rather, queen) of intimates: you, your mom, and your tween sister all go there for cotton underwear and push-up bras. Those items are easy enough to shop for, but the world of lingerie-teddies, bustiers, garter belts-is a lot more perplexing. What's sexy isn't usually functional, and what's functional is rarely sexy.
