With the imminent release of Insurgent, Shailene Woodley is in the midst of a giant media push. The actress has taken the time on late-night shows to patiently answer questions about her snack habits, like eating clay and drinking bone broth because how dare celebrities eat like normal people.
Seth Meyers was treated to her protein-rich bone broth recipe. It just involves purchasing grass-fed bones from the butcher, letting them sit for 12 to 36 hours, and mixing in some coconut oil, colostrum, and a little bit of salt. At least it's easier than making a green juice.
