As teens and tweens everywhere sucked on shot glasses, making their lips absurdly plump and posting the results under #KylieJennerChallenge, the icon of large lipped proportions responds to the epidemic sweeping social media. In two tweets, Kylie notes that she tries to encourage people/young girls to be themselves, and have the confidence to experiment with their look—experiments that probably don't involve "dangerous" tactics.
