Ellen Put Hillary Clinton in Yoga Pants

New, 3 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The yoga pant is inescapable, and Ellen DeGeneres knows it. The talk show host's opening bit covers how the comfortable–sometimes sheerSunday errands staple formerly symbolized "activity," but is now just a testament to long hours of Netflix viewership. She points out, "Only 5% of the people who wear yoga pants do yoga." The stretchy pant has even made its way to offices, as well as Hillary Clinton's campaign tour. See for yourself.
