Giuliana Rancic, E! Network Roomba 3000™, explained to Today Show host Savannah Guthrie that the Zendaya fiasco could be chalked up to bad editing. Peace sign gestures and the word "hippy" were removed from her comments, which ended up downplaying her reference to a general "bohemian" culture, making it appear that she was zeroing in on black culture specifically. She revealed that she has never had an eating disorder and her weight loss in the last year has been a side effect of cancer meds.
