While peddling his new movie Tomorrowland, George Clooney resorted to gushing about his wife Amal, and as usual, the results are face-melting. When asked about the reasons why he fell in love with Amal, he recites the laundry list of qualities his wife possesses:
There's a lot of reasons, you know, she's an amazing human being, and she's caring, and she also happens to be one of the smartest people I ever met, and she's got a great sense of humor. Some of the things that she takes on– I'm always very proud of her when I see her speaking at the International Court of Appeals in Strasbourg, you know, with her robe on. Very impressive.
He also comments on her status as a newly crowned fashion icon, noting that Amal's style has been "eccentric, but it's fun" since the day he met her. When the conversation inevitably turned to children, however, Clooney expertly makes fun of the question, rather than answering it.
