Business Insider talked to experts for tips on how to save as much money as possible while shopping at Whole Foods. It turns out there is an optimal day to schedule your Whole Foods trip, and that's Wednesday. Why? Double sales happen on Wednesday.
"New weekly sales start on Wednesday and run through the following Wednesday, so there are actually double sales every Wednesday in most regions," Whole Foods culinary content coordinator Molly Siegler told Business Insider. "Stores regularly have one-day or weekend sales on specific items— from packaged goods to fresh produce to wine and beer." If you want to research to be really strategic about Wednesday shopping, be sure to peruse the chain's Sales Flyer online and its The Whole Deal site.
