Mashable tracked down a chart commissioned by Heathrow Airport that shows the most-purchased lipstick shades in 50 cities across the world. It's based on "sales data," and only four U.S. cities are represented in the map: New York (classic red), Las Vegas (bright coral orange), Miami (pale rose pink), and Washington (pink red).
The data shows quite a bit of variety in popular lip colors around the globe, with only a few colors repeating. That would include bright fuchsia in Athens and Milan, coral pink in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, dark dusky pink in Mauritius and Stockholm, pink red in Manila and Washington, and rose pink in Dubai and Mexico City.
