Dig your yellow plaid blazers out the closet because a Broadway production of Clueless is in the works. Just as the 20th anniversary of the theater release approaches, the film's director Amy Heckerling confirmed the musical iteration of the classic teen film, telling ET, "I've written what they call the book and it's a jukebox musical." While Kristin Hanggi, who is responsible for the hit show Rock of Ages, has been tapped to direct, Heckerling admits that the "main problem" will be casting. Who will deliver a Alicia Silverstone-level performance–set to music!–in the role of Cher?
