Denim's ubiquity makes perfect sense when you consider its egalitarian origins; it was a fabric developed to be indestructible. In the hands of savvy accessories designers, however, the fabric gains new legs. Here are the season's coolest iterations, from a pair of indigo stilettos to a Chanel bag that pays homage to denim but is actually crafted in an eye-fooling flecked wool. Style these standout pieces with crisp white shirtdresses and breezy linen blouses, or go all-in and mix them with your favorite jean shorts or chambray shirt. Just avoid wearing the same denim wash head-to-toe to escape the dreaded "Canadian Tuxedo" effect.
