The Notebook's Teary Romance to Live On in Television Form

Noah and Allie are back to trigger more tears than they did more than a decade ago. Entertainment Weekly reports that The CW is currently working on a TV series modeled after The Notebook. The show will be based on both the 1996 book and the 2004 film. Although there's no word of Ryan Gosling or Rachel McAdams's involvement, author Nicholas Sparks is on board as an executive producer, so invest in some tissues for those "I wrote you everyday for a year" moments.
